90-Day Pilot

Test Account Acquisition Across Your Portfolio

A 90-day engagement for three hotels, with targeted prospecting, weekly pipeline updates, and a clear view of opportunities created.

Engagement Model

Focused Work, Clear Reporting, No Setup Fee

The pilot gives each hotel a dedicated prospecting effort while your team continues to manage its existing business. Before outreach begins, we agree on target segments, current-account exclusions, property positioning, rate guidelines, and the people who approve offers.

The goal is a qualified pipeline and a clear record of progress. Bookings and consumed revenue are tracked when they occur; a 90-day sales cycle does not guarantee that every opportunity will convert during the pilot.

Pilot Focus

A Clear Plan for the First 90 Days

The work starts with account research, then moves through personal outreach, follow-up, proposals, and booking support. Each hotel has its own target list and pipeline, so owners can see which opportunities belong to which property.

Timeline

What Happens During the 90 Days

The phases overlap: research and follow-up continue throughout the pilot as new opportunities appear. The timeline shows the main emphasis of each month.

1

Days 1-30: Build the Pipeline

  • Review each hotel's location, amenities, target rates, and sales priorities
  • Exclude accounts already owned or actively pursued by the hotel
  • Research demand generators and build a ranked prospect list for each property
  • Verify relevant buyers and begin tailored outreach
2

Days 31-60: Create Opportunities

  • Follow up with qualified prospects and develop new leads
  • Set conversations with travel buyers and planners
  • Prepare rate, group, or project-lodging opportunities for hotel approval
  • Support relevant RFPs and match accounts to the best-fit property
3

Days 61-90: Convert and Measure

  • Advance proposals and agreements that are ready to close
  • Coordinate with hotel teams on rate loading and booking links
  • Separate booked and consumed revenue from projected room-night potential
  • Review results, open opportunities, and the recommended next steps by hotel

Working Together

Clear Reporting, With the Hotel in Control

Hotel Growth Works pursues new accounts and keeps the pipeline moving. Your team retains the decisions that affect rates, availability, agreements, and guest service.

What you receive

  • A prioritized account list and opportunity pipeline for each hotel
  • Weekly updates on contacts, responses, next steps, and obstacles
  • Monthly reviews of meetings, proposals, agreements, and bookings
  • A day-90 summary of results, open opportunities, and recommended priorities

What we need from your team

  • Property details, target segments, and existing-account exclusions
  • Rate and availability guidance for qualified opportunities
  • Timely approval of offers and agreements before they are presented
  • A hotel contact to complete booking setup and coordinate operational details

After Day 90

Review the Results, Then Choose the Next Step

We review account activity, proposals, booked and consumed room nights, and opportunities still in progress. Travel buying cycles vary, so the final review includes both realized results and qualified pipeline.

1

Continue the pursuit

Keep working the strongest segments and open accounts. Any ongoing scope, reporting cadence, and fees are agreed separately.

2

Shift the focus

Use what the pilot revealed to prioritize different properties, account types, or markets in a new plan.

3

Bring the pipeline in-house

Use the account notes, contacts, status, and next steps from the final review to continue follow-up with your hotel team.

The pilot does not automatically extend into an ongoing engagement.
